Holiday Updates
12/30/2019 - Our suppliers and mail/package carriers will be closed in observance of the Year End Holidays. We will resume fulfilling "Made to Order" orders on 1/2.
12/16/2019 - All orders placed on and/or after this date (12/16), we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas.
12/9/2019 - All Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders have been fulfilled and shipped out. Please refer to your confirmation email for tracking and expected delivery date.
12/6/2019 - UPS and FedEx in the Saint Louis area is experience some delivery delays. This may effect our "Made to Order" order fulfillment schedule, as we are currently waiting on additional items to be delivered to us. We appreciate your patience and as soon as we fulfill your order, we will email you a tracking number.
11/28/2019 - Our suppliers will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving. Because of this, all Black Friday through Cyber Monday "Made to Order" orders, will not be processed by us until December 2, 2019. Please allow an additional 4-6 business days from this date (12/2) for your order/item(s) to be made.
What is the holiday shipping cut off date for domestic (US) orders?
For all domestic (U.S. excluding Alaska & Hawaii) orders we recommend placing your order by 12/15 11:59PM PST. According to USPS.com all domestic (U.S. excluding Alaska & Hawaii) packages need to be shipped no later than 12/21 to have an expected delivery date by 12/24. We however can not guarantee holiday delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and will not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages by USPS.
